Our Services

 
Employment Services: Will include counseling, interview techniques, job readiness workshops, resume and job search
assistance. To achieve this we will need and are looking for volunteer and paid internship opportunities.


Youth Services: TSOYAA will provide program specific services that will engage young teens and young adults
between the ages of 13 – 21. Programs will include: Pre-GED, and GED Prep, job readiness and retention training, life skills, workshops, individual assessments, job placement assistance and computer training courses. Clients will receive full case management as well.


Medical Services:  TSOYAA will utilize the barter system to access standard and emergency medical treatment that
will be provided by physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists and nurses who in exchange for office space, have agreed to
treat the ill and elderly who from time to time will require their services.


Social Services:  We here at TSOYAA realize that it is crucial that we provide housing to our clients, enabling them to qualify for benefits such as Medicaid, Medicare, food stamps and SSI. These social services in concert with training will assist them in achieving at best, an upgraded standard of living.

Basic life skills:  Providing insightful tips in the areas of shopping and preparing meals on a budget, financial management, domestic violence counseling, parenting and understanding relationships.


Program Span: To qualify for TSOYAA referenced programs, there is a mandatory two (2) year minimum residential requirement, whether the participation is court-ordered or not. TSOYAA believes that 2 years is sufficient time for an individual to complete all of the steps necessary to maintain an economically sound life and be a productive
factor in society
